Hey, we've been in the office equipment business for almost 30 years. We know what you'll need to get started, get going and keep in business.

We know that a non-functioning piece of office equipment can disrupt your day. We have organized our business to get to you in a hurry - usually on the same day. And we can handle virtually any brand of equipment you my have.

Our service technicians are trained professionals and are an integral part of Anden's total customer satisfaction package. Our 30 years of experience often enables us to make initial assessments of your problem over the phone and our goal is to have your equipment running within 24 hours. For service requiring a longer period of time, Anden offers loaner machines.

Because we are good listeners, we get to know your equipment and service needs. We stand behind our service and we want to know that we've done it right. In most cases, we follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is okay. If it's not, we take care of it.

Please note that we do not service HP ink cartridge machines, but we do service laser printers and plotters. Besides what is listed under "Services", we do work on GBC and USI Laminators and paper folding machines. We do not accept copier donations.

Anyone with a piece of equipment which can be replaced at a value of $250 or less, should re-analyze the cost of repair before calling.
