Number of Courts:


4 air conditioned racquetball courts and 4 lighted tennis courts. Court reservations are recommended up to three days in advance.



Weight Facility:
13 station Cybex circuit, Lifecycles, Stairmasters, 7000 square foot gym with complete line of Icarian selectorized machines, Icarian free weights, rowing machines, stepmills, treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, upper body ergometer, gravitron, and personalized instruction.


Group Exercise:
Two Group Exercise studios are available. Studio I is a 2500 square foot room with state-of-the-art wood flooring and sound system. Studio II is a 1300 square foot room offering Spinning© Classes with the same sound system. Extensive programming of over 105 classes per week including Spinning©, Yoga, Water Aerobics, and Kids classes. All instructors are certified.


Whirlpool and Sauna:
Dry heat saunas located opposite the showers in men's and women's locker rooms. Co-ed whirlpool area. No children under the age of 14 years old are allowed in the sauna or whirlpool.


Pool:
Outdoor 25 yard lap pool heated to 80°-82° year round.
