"We would first like to say that this is not our first experience with contractors. So you'll understand when we say that the bar, generally speaking, is not very high. With that said, Hameed, thanks for spending all the time with us to review the process, what to expect and timelines. Your communication was excellent. Although the project ran over by a few days you still managed to finished the job about a week sooner than the most of the other fabricators would even look at our project. At one point during the process you called to say that you were going to be five minutes late...this was a new experience for us.

Hameed, you said that you would treat our counter top like your own and you did. Our counter top is beautiful and the finish is amazing. Even more amazing was that you persevered in your own high standards of not having a seam in our most visible piece. It's was an engineering feat to install and we were amazed at the outcome.
