We also honor many extended service plans for Best Buy, Costco, Ultimate Electronics, Sam's Club, Kmart, Walmart, AON/The Warranty Group, National Electronics Warranty, Service Net, Aaron's, GE Service Contracts, Federal Warranty, Warrantech, Circuit City, and Philips Extended.

All non warranty items are charged a diagnosis fee but that is applied towards the cost of repair. Many companies offer "free" estimates, but it doesn't always mean you will have a qualified technician doing a full diagnosis, instead you receive an educated guess on what might be wrong. Until the work is in process and parts are installed, estimates could vary greatly. We are honest and only charge for what is actually needed for the repair. In-home, carry-in or pick up/delivery is offered.
