Established in 1995, Pittsburgh Chiropractic Center specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We pride ourselves on the fast and effective resolution of symptoms such as:

Back and neck pain and tightness
Headaches
Tendonitis/Bursitis
Numbness, tingling, and pain in the arm or leg
Arthritis

Our Goal, like yours, is to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We strive to educate our patients on preventative measures through sensible advice and therapeutic exercises to strengthen the area and keep your problem from returning. Most conditions recover in two to three weeks, with considerable improvement after one week.

Many factors play a role in how quickly a condition will improve. You are never too â?ooldâ? or â?oout of shapeâ? to heal. Almost all musculoskeletal conditions can be corrected. With the proper guidance and treatments one can achieve a pain-free life again.

We Will Respect Your Time.

Life, especially during the workday, is very busy. Patients rarely have to wait to be seen, and treatments are usually less than a half hour, making your visits efficient and effective. We encourage participation at home facilitating healing and allowing the patient to recover quickly.

What To Expect

The first visit will consist of a consultation and examination specific to your condition. The consultation encompasses your current and past history regarding the problem, and previous ways you tried to address it. Most cases have a story behind them, and if left out, the problem may not be addressed properly. A thorough examination is the most important aspect in the treatment of a musculoskeletal condition. Most conditions have many factors, and it is through a well-designed exam that allows the doctor and patient to understand the condition and get clues on how to prevent re-occurrences.

Choices are given to the patient during your first visit. Some prefer pain relief only; others would like to learn how to rehabilitate the condition. Treatments are geared to the patientâ?Ts goals and no individual is ever pressed to â?okeep coming back.â? We present the problem to the patient and allow you to make an educated decision regarding your care. Some times medical intervention is appropriate. We never hesitate to get you to the proper facility to meet your needs, and can often forward reports to the office so they are ready and expecting you.
