The practice has been on Rutledge Avenue since S. Thomas Scarborough, O.D., began seeing patients there in 1959. Robert W. Lopanik, O.D., first joined the practice in 1973, and expanded the scope of practice from contact lens specialty to include the full range of eyecare needs.
