Upstate Foot Care is a podiatry practice with locations in Gaffney and Duncan, South Carolina. We are easy to access from Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg and Boiling Springs, SC. Our goal is to educate the patient while using all the resources necessary to facilitate an optimum treatment plan. We are an office based, private practice, with hospital privileges at several area locations. We have two locations to serve you.
