Edgerton Chiropractic & Wellness Center was opened by Dr. Michael Edgerton in September 2002 to serve the needs of people in Murrells Inlet and the surrounding area. The office is located on Highway 17 Bypass, just across the street from Chick-fil-A. Dr. Edgerton has a purpose of helping as many people as possible to get well and stay well, and provides quality service to families and individuals of all ages.

Dr. Edgerton performs full spine manual adjustments. He also uses Thompson technique as well as the activator to perform adjustments. Dr. Edgerton also utilizes electrical muscle stimulation, moist heat or ice treatment, mechanical traction, and massage when treating patients.

Our office in an in-network provider for most major insurances. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid. We accept assignment on workers' compensation and auto accident claims.
