Wes Colerider opened the Charleston franchise in July of 2004. His experience with Surface Specialists dates back to 1996 when he become a technician at the Charlotte franchise. In 1999, he was made a partner due to his proven abilities as a lead service technician in the field, which then lead to the decision to purchase the Charleston location.

Wes has also been responsible for conducting training of other franchisees and for presenting training seminars at franchise conventions.
