Physical skills in sport, work, or daily activity are performed in a functional manner - they require a combination of coordinated movements. We design our programs with this in mind.

MOMENTUM UNIVERSITY
For a variety of reasons (or excuses), a majority of exercisers who begin a routine quickly give up and quit. Momentum University we will increase your "staying power" as we coach you through your program for 12 sessions, emphasizing variety and creativity, teaching you proper training techniques, encouraging you, and showing you how to record your routines, goals, and progress. Get a big discount with a group of 2 or more, $100 additonal FAMILY discount with 3 or more family members! When you graduate from MO-U you'll have 3 options:


Option #1
VARSITY MEMBERSHIP. Your monthly dues gives you access to Momentum as often as you wish plus ONE FREE coaching session each month. Additonal family members receive a 50% dues discount.
Option #2
As a Varsity Member you can take advantage of our 20-session VARSITY TRAINING PACKAGES at a large discount. This allows you to meet with a coach by appointment as often AND have access to train on your own schedule as well.
Option #3
Pass on the Varsity Membership, and purchase a 20-session Training Package at the non-member rate, including group discounts.

Get FiTogether!
Our FiTogether Package encourages a parent and son or daughter (12 or older) to train together at a 2-for-1 price! Your MO-U is 2-for-1 and first year membership is 2-for-1. Rather than sitting in front of the TV or video games, why not develop your fitness together? What better way to build a "healthy" relationship?!
