Dr. Risa Sloves and Dr. Mark Joachim are a husband and wife team who have been Chiropractic Physicians since 1990. Dr. Joachim's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic which he received at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard , Illinois in 1990. Dr. Joachim has also completed certification in acupuncture and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Currently, Dr. Joachim is a Diplomat of the National Board of Examiners and is Board Certified by the Education Departments of Connecticut , Massachusetts , and Illinois .
