We serve residential customers in
Genesee, Saginaw, and Shiawassee
counties in Mid-Michigan. We offer
complete electrical installations, and
forced air heating and cooling, and how
water heating. We are licensed and
insured. State of Michigan licenses.

Upon receipt of your call for a free estimate, we will
call you for an appointment, and we will come to
your location. At this time we will create a proposal
for your needs in our service specialties . We can
usually schedule your installation quickly, unusual
delivery times could delay an install. We will
guarantee that your quoted price will be firm for up
to 30 days.

Your installation will be done on the day scheduled,
with some exceptions for weather and deliveries. A
deposit will be collected at the time of signing a
contract for your job, and a schedule will be
developed at your convenience as closely as can be
had.
