Furniture Repair by Fry's specializes in furniture and antique restoration, reupholstery, leather repair, and touch-ups. We handle service calls from residences, offices, showrooms, and warehouses. We perform most repairs on-site, and if necessary, we can also pick-up your furniture and repair if off-premises, at our 5,400 sq. ft. shop.

Our company was started in 2005 to provide professional furniture repair and restoration services in the Central Kansas area. While many shops can strip and refinish furniture if you bring it to them and pick it up at some date uncertain there existed few choices in this area for a truly Customer oriented service. Using state of the art products and systems we can provide a true service to our clients by doing many repairs on site and providing pick up and delivery of items that do have to be removed from location.

We have fully equipped on site evaluation and repair vehicles plus a 14 foot box truck for moving those larger items. We also have business relationships with several local moving companies if the need arises for a really large scale move. In addition to the on site capabilities we operate a fully equipped 5,400 square foot refinishing and repair shop in Newton.

Our services include not only wood furniture but cabinetry, trim, marble, laminates, granite, leather, upholstery, cabinet refacing,brass and plaster items. We provide traditional wood finishing along with custom painting, antiquing, glazing and other special finishing techniques. Got a valuable antique, we can provide complete restoration services on it also. We can also provide cabinet re-facing with either standard off the shelf type products or high end custom materials.
