Our regular customers particularly value our honesty and quality of workmanship. Our business is located in Virginia Beach, but we service the entire Hampton Roads area.

We are a small family owned business, committed to providing you quality service and repairs at a reasonable price. We are also a faith based company, therefore we won't sell you something you don't need. We are licsenced and insured.

Beside heating and air conditioning we also repair restaurant equipment and provide building maintenance for all sort of different facilities, from colleges to nursing homes.

We now hang xmas lights for you.

You can pick the lights, garland, bows, or we can design it for you, our computer program shows you what your house will look like, before we hang the lights, be the envy of the neighborhood.

Diagnostic Fee $89.00 We check out you unit and diagnosis the problem, sometimes it's a simple soultion and it can be included in the diagnostic fee.

Tune-up $ 98.00 We can check you unit for wear and tear over the winter/summer, we will clean your coils and charge you unit with refrigerant (up to two pounds)

Thermostat Replacement Starting at $187.00 We can replaced your current thermostat with a non-programmable digital thermostat.

Compressor Replacement $ 750.00 We will replace your compressor with a OEM compressor.

Restaurant Pricing

We also work with many local restaurants, colleges, nursing homes, entertainment facilities,and business cafeterias. We can repair anything with in your building not just the heating and air system, but we work on fryers, refrigerators, grills and ovens.

Our hourly rates are $72.00 and hour. Monday -Friday 8:00 to 4:00

Overtime rates are $108.00 and hour. And there is a $20.00 Truck charge
