2.The technician will schedule an appointment for you within the next 1-2 days. Same day service is usually possible.
3.Our local U.S. based technician will call you and guide you through the short process of setting up the remote connection to repair your computer.

What are your prices?
Diagnosis: $30 (Free with mention of online coupon)
Travel: (If your computer cannot be repaired online, we will make a housecall)
-$0.00 for 1-10 Miles
-$30 Travel farther than 10 miles.
Service:
-$50 Hourly for misc (networking, install, setup, configure, data transfer, data recovery, etc)
-$50 Hourly for Virus Removal/ Malware Removal/ Tune Up-Speed Up (Capped at $150 max)

What if the computer cannot be repaired, or is not economical to repair?
-If your computer cannot be repaired, or is not economical to repair, you do not pay anything, unless there is an applicable travel fee.(see below) Also we will help you to find a new computer that meets your budget and computing needs.

Am I too far from you?
-We are located in Farmington Hills, and service the general surrounding cities. We can travel as far as 10 miles at no charge, but any further will require a $30 travel fee. If youre not sure, feel free to ask.
