We have a customer waiting area for our customers that choose to wait. We are a Carquest Technet Certified Shop that offers a 12 month/12,000 mile nationwide parts and labor guarentee on all Carquest supplied parts that we install. If while we're performing a service and/or a repair to your vehicle we see something that needs your attention, we will let you know what it is, whether it is a safety issue that needs to be taken care of or if it something that can wait. If it is something YOU feel needs to be repaired, we will give you an estimate that includes ALL parts, labor, and taxes necessary for the repair. YOU tell us if we are to proceed with the repair or go get other estimates to compare to. We will NOT proceed wit any repairs or services without your permission. There are no suprises from us.
