Zipnerdz Computer Repair is based in the Metro Detroit area and has been servicing Oakland and Macomb counties for over ten years. We offer service to both residential and small business customers by A+ certified technicians. Service is by appointment only and same day service is available. Zipnerdz offers two service options: an on-site appointment or a pickup & delivery which includes pickup and removal of the actual pc along with delivery and hookup, both free of charge.

Zipnerdz values every customer and if a problem arises related to the services rendered, the issue will be resolved free of charge. If any customer is not satisfied with the services rendered, a full refund will be issued.

Onsite Repair: Onsite service calls can be made for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, virus removal, home networking, new computer setup, printer installation, home theater installs, and consultations. Normal charges for these services are $70.00/hour with no minimum time limit.

Pickup: Computers can be picked up to be worked on away from your home when onsite repairs are not practical. Pickup includes the tech coming into the home and physically removing the computer, drop off is also included, on the return visit the tech will hook the computer up and boot it up to ensure all is well. Pickup & Delivery is free; offsite labor is $50.00/hour with no minimum time limit.
