On Wednesday, May 19, 2010, Captain Pat Greene and I volunteered to travel to Clarksburg, West Virginia to conduct a functional flight check and bring the airplane to Atlanta. Travel to Clarksburg consisted of flying to Charleston, West Virginia on one of our revenue flights and then proceed to Clarksburg via ground transportation provided by Touch of Class Limo. The level of service provided by Touch of Class was by far the most pleasant experience of this nature I have ever encountered at this airline. The limo was immaculate, the chauffer very professional, and the overall experience an unexpected pleasure. Please pass along my appreciation for a job well done."
