General Service - $65

We charge a flat rate of $65 for the first hour and $25 every additional 30 minutes. If your problem takes less than an hour, we'll stick around and optimize your computer at no extra charge.

Dropoff/Pickup - $98

If an issue is going to take a substantial amount of time for fixing, we may recommend picking your computer up and dropping it off the next day. Not only will you ultimately be saving money, but it also gives us the time for additional detail work.

Data Recovery (Level 1 & 2) - $150

Have you all the sudden lost your pictures or homework from accidental deletion, or a virus? Let us help! In most cases, if your hard drive has not experienced any physical damage, we'll be able to retrieve your files for you. This is generally a time intensive process, so we recommend letting us work on it over night and dropping your computer off the next day. We have one word of advice, and that's to stop using your computer immediately and call someone if you are seeking to get data restored. The longer you wait and the more your computer is used, the less likely data will be able to be recovered.
