I offer a multitude of services for home and small business clients, including: IT consulting by a trained professional with years of experience, Computer repair (hardware and software), network setup, network troubleshooting, data recovery, server setup and maintenance (hardware and software), custom built computers, and much more.
Just because your needs are not listed here does not mean they are outside of my ability. I have never encountered an issue that I could not resolve, and I enjoy learning new things and love a challenge. RunPC Computer Repair offers a wide range of services, both at our location as well as onsite, and we have a unique flat rate price range for each service which helps us keep your costs down and get you the best quality service for the best prices around!
Here's a sampling of the services we offer and their corresponding price ranges. As you can see very few of our services go beyond the $50 range. Remember, we offer many services and are always willing to take on a challenge, so just because you don't see it in this list doesn't mean we can't do it. Give us a call and explain what you want done, we're happy to assist you!
Consulting: $20-$50
Virus & Malware Removal: $25-$50
Failed Hardware Replacement: $25-$50 + cost of new hardware
Hardware Upgrades: $25-$35 + cost of new hardware
Software Installation: $20-$35
Software Troubleshooting: $25-$45
Deleted File Recovery: $10-$20
Wireless Network Setup: $45-$75
Wireless Network Troubleshooting: $30-$50
Crashed Windows Full Data Recovery: $25-$45
Please also be aware that the client is responsible for the cost of any hardware or commercial software involved in upgrades, repairs, hardware setup, etc, the cost of which will be included in their invoice, or the client can optionally purchase the hardware or software themselves. We do not add mark up to hardware parts purchased as part of a service, and if you decide to purchase the parts yourself, we will also be happy to provide you with information to assist you in making an informed decision so you can purchase high quality parts and devices just as we would purchase for you.
For services performed onsite, we do have a trip charge to cover the cost of gas and vehicle upkeep. These distances are round trip, not one way. We calculate distance traveled based on distances provided in Google Maps. You can use the Google Maps gadget to the right of the page to get directions to our location as well as to calculate your trip charge. Just remember to multiply your distance by 2 because these distances are round trip, not one way.
1-10 Miles: $10
11-20 Miles: $15
21-30 Miles: $20
31-40 Miles: $25
41-50 Miles: $30
We also offer Managed Services! Managed Services are services we deploy for your business or home and maintain on a daily basis. We bill monthly for these services on a flat rate per computer. We offer services such as secure encrypted online data backup and managed security for home and business networks and systems, at highly affordable prices! Call and ask about our managed services for home and business!
Online Data Backup: Unlimited storage space for only $10 per month!
Managed System and Network Security: Only $20 per computer per month with a 1 year contract or $35 per computer per month with a 6 month contract! (Call for details on what is included in this service!)
