Our most average charge is $75 total. This includes malware, spyware, and virus removal from your machine. We will also take a few additional quick steps to improve the speed of your machine and browser as well. We don't charge by the hour for most issues.
We can secure your wireless network from neighbors, rogue devices, and wardrivers. Having an unsecured wireless network can not only slow down your speed due to others using it without you being aware of it, but can also get you into trouble if they do something illegal on it. Just like it is your responsibility to know the speed limit of a road, the security and access of your network is your responsibility.
If you have children, we can also secure your network from things you don't want them to see. We do this via the router, not software on the computer. Therefore there is nothing for the more tech savvy kids to disable or bypass. You would of course have complete access to logs, and the block/unblock capabilities. You can block things by default categories (eg: adult content) or per site.
A lot of parents enjoy this capability as it provides them with a more productive method of discipline. For example, putting a temporary block on Facebook or other favorite site makes for a useful way of getting them to do things you need them to do, such as cleaning their room. This is easier and more effective than taking away the whole computer..
