About Natalie Decker

Natalie Decker has been in the real estate industry since the early 90's when she kicked off her career as a licensed real estate salesperson for Dennis Associates selling new construction home developments exclusively for several local builders in the area.  In addition to assisting in the development, marketing, merchandising and presentation of  each unique home model, Natalie worked closely with clients on the purchase of their homes through to the closing including guiding them in their custom interior design selections.
In 1996 Natalie took a position with a Fortune 500 bank as a Corporate Real Estate Owned Asset Manager.  It was in this position that Natalie began merchandising residential properties.  Her corporate responsibilities included doing an extensive market value analysis of each property, determining the bottom line profit for the corporation, determining and facilitating the improvements each property required to prepare for market, listing and marketing each property, working with a variety of real estate agents, facilitating the contract negotiations between buyers and the corporation and coordinating the buyers' mortgage financing and closings for each home sold.
With nearly 20 years of real estate sales, finance, asset management, merchandising and design experience, Natalie provides her unique real estate related services to local Pittsburgh area homeowners, banks, lending institutions and real estate investors.
Her passion for real estate merchandising is reflected in the beautiful living concepts that she creates. Her ability to collaborate with  various tradespeople and other quality suppliers has earned Natalie a well deserved reputation as a true professional.
With the desire to have her finger constantly on the heartbeat of the market place, Natalie is also a current student of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she enjoys ongoing studies in residential planning, marketing, staging and design.
