In Shop Repairs:

When your computer is being serviced inside of our facility our labor rate is $30.00 per hour. There is a one hour minimum in order to perform any repair. After the first hour of labor, time is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.

On-Site Repairs:

When your computer is being services inside of your home or business, our labor rate is $40.00 per hour. There is a one hour minimum to perform any repair. After the first hour of labor, time is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.

Diagnostic Fee: $39.99

All work performed by our technicians is backed by a 30 day service guarantee. We ensure that any and all work performed at the time of service is done correctly. If anything should malfunction or fail which is related to your work order, any needed services will be provided free of charge.

Caps and Flat Rate Services:

In order to keep our prices fair to the general public, we place caps or maximum amount of billable hours for certain jobs. Below are a few examples of services you can expect to see caps on.

Virus Repair/Removal: Is limited to three billable hours for any and all viruses on a home computer.

Windows Installation: Flat Rate Price of $89.99 This price includes installation, settings, Windows Updates & a Software Pack with FREE LIFETIME ANTI VIRUS.

Ram Upgrade: Flat Rate Price of $19.99, so long as the one hour minimum is met.
