Hello, I am Matthew Pedersen, the owner of Quantum Home Inspections, serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. I love living here in the Inland Northwest and know how our climate may affect the condition of a home. As a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and with my home remodeling experience, my knowledge of building components and functionality is strong. Beyond just having technical skills my goal is to provide education on the operations of your home with the highest quality of customer care. Being involved in the community is a responsibility that each of us should take to make our community a place we call home. My community involvement includes: The Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster, youth leader at our local church, and teacher of evening classes at the Community Colleges of Spokane.
