Ludlows was purchased by Jim Marshall and Steven Wilderspin in February 2007. Since then the company has grown steadily, increasing sales year after year. This has been achieved through a combination of marketing, and the introduction of additional services such as pool service and screen repairs. In 2011 they replaced two vehicles and purchased an additional vehicle, and in 2012 they purchased two additional mowers and trailers. Constant reinvestment in the company has ensured that their employees have the equipment they require to provide the high standard of service that their company relies on. Ludlows has been an associate member of Central Florida Vacation Managers Association since 2008, and joined the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce in 2012, attending the Four Corners leads group. Clients range from Home Owners Associations to individual homeowners, and also include short and long term property managers, Realtors and banks.
