Architecture Demarest was founded in 1982 by David T. Demarest. One of AD's early projects was the design of the first student condos in Austin, Texas, garnering a premier in a prominent trade magazine. Since that time, AD has built a reputation for highly innovative, skillfully conceived, and profitable designs for our clients in a wide variety of residential project types.
