Tile floors are .50c per square foot
Grout and tile sealant is an additional .20c per square foot

The Cleaning Process:

Vacuuming - Vacuuming removes insoluble dirt and materials found in carpet
Pre-spray - Cleaning agent added
Agitation - Carpet is lightly agitated with carpet rake to loosen unwanted materials
Rinsed and dried - Commercial grade extractor used to remove cleaning agent, dirt and water
