MaryAnn Morelli is a partner and Property Manager in Charge of Quartermaster Properties LLC Greer Office, a veteran owned and operated property management company, focused on single and multi-family residential properties, serving Charleston and the Spartanburg/Greenville areas of South Carolina

She has been in the single and multi-family property management and real estate investing business since 2001. Originally from Charleston, SC, she moved to Alabama in 1995 and then on to Illinois in 1996 where she lived for almost 5 years while her husband was on active duty in the US Navy. She experienced and understands the challenges of moving to a new state and starting all over building relationships, contacts, etc. MaryAnn returned to her home state of SC in 2001 and bought her first rental property.

In addition to her experience in property management and real estate investing, she worked for 14 years in the IT industry leaving in 2012 to focus her energies in the real estate industry
