At the Living Center, we work closely with the resident and their family to develop individual care plans based on the specific desires, needs and goals of each resident. Each care plan incorporates our many elements of service including exceptional one-on-one nursing care, rehabilitation and therapy services, as well as a variety of activities for the mind and body all within a warm, caring environment.
