I am a motivated professional that is looking to grow in my career by expanding my skill set. I am currently building out my own franchise as a real estate agent with Keller Williams. I specialize in supporting motivated buyers and sellers through my expertise in contracts and negotiation skill set. I help market properties using many different modes of media. It is my goal to help home owners realize their dreams in home ownership by providing them with the tools to meet those goals.
I have experience working with multi million dollar financial advisory practices selling and transitioning these practices throughout the United States. I analyzed and assessed the financial value of the practice as well as coached the buyers and sellers regarding their business transaction. I have extensive knowledge in the financial industry including the products and software used by broker dealers, banks and independent firms.
I have leadership experience managing a team of professionals in the financial industry. In the past, I updated and maintained staffing models on a regular basis to better predict trends in work volumes and was responsible for career growth and performance management of the team.
Likewise, I have extensive project management experience building training through the Ameriprise on line system as well as created and facilitated VIP and orientation events for the firm.
