On a Personal Level:

Denise, a 4th generation native born Nashvillian, began her professional career in 1980 in the Film and Television Production Industry. After ten years of dedication to the industry, Denise returned from Los Angeles to settle in Williamson County.

Over the past 25 years, Denise has resided in Franklin with her two beautiful sons (both currently serving in our ARMY) and recently married Lawrence Boothby. Her and Lawrence enjoy their adoptive dog Coco. In Williamson County Denise successfully owned and managed a national greeting card production and wholesale company, for 18 years. During this time, Denise also found time to purchase and rehabilitate several investment properties, a choice which was fueled by the mentoring and training of Hal Wilson. Realizing that Real Estate was a passion rather than just a hobby, Denise acquired her Real Estate license in 2004 and began an exhilarating and fulfilling career of serving others and guiding clients through the process of buying and selling their own homes.
