Union Lodge No.1 is a tribute to the true American bars of the 1800s.  We specialize in hand-crafted, artisan cocktails of the highest quality.  As a tribute to the late 19th century cocktail bars, we pay homage to the American bars and barmen who paved the way for what is now a world-wide endeavor.  We are still recovering from the dark ages of prohibition, where many of our best and brightest were forced overseas to continue their craft.  We are proud to bring the movement back to its origin, and we understand that only through hard work, diligence, and an immense respect for the past will we be able to reclaim what we have lost throughout the years following prohibition.
