In 1987, Robert E. Richards joined the law practice founded by his late father, Charles L. Richards. Together Robert and his father have been assisting community families with their legal needs since 1954. Robert received a Bachelor of Science in business finance from Villanova University in 1980. He received his law degree from Washington College of law at American University in 1983 and a Masters Degree in Federal Taxation from Georgetown Law School in 1986.
