Colleen grew up as the daughter of a property investor and Realtor. At a young age, she assisted her father with his hundreds of rental units and learned the investment property business from the ground up. At the age of 18, she obtained her real estate license and from there she began helping other investors build their cash-flowing rental portfolios.
