Evangelos (Vance) Theoharis was born and raised in Dyker Heights. He went to grade school in Park Slope and high school at Brooklyn Tech in Fort Greene, where he was part of the Hellenic club. He has worked in the fields of accounting and vascular ultrasound, traveling around Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey, making him a good people person.
