Dr. Kathleen M. Cochran provides primary eye care to EYE-Q Vision Care patients. She has a particular interest in general optometry, contact lens fitting and a variety of ocular diseases. In the past, Dr. Cochran has traveled with the International Lions Club and Aeromedicos of Santa Barbara to the Philippines, Peru and Mexico, to provide eye exams and glasses to those in need.
