From neck pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, to headaches, we can keep you exercising and living a pain-free life. The majority of our patients have been diagnosed with one or multiple: arthritis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, torn rotator cuffs, torn meniscus, bursitis, among many others. They are offered pain meds, injections, or told the next step is surgery. However, they dont want any of those interventions. This is where we step in and keep them away from unnecessary healthcare.
