Michael O'Leary is an Enrolled Agent (EA), the highest tax credential offered by The U.S. Department of Treasury. In addition to preparing individual and business tax returns, Michael is admitted to practice before the IRS and Department of Treasury, enabling him to represent any taxpayer in any state for all tax matters before any office of the IRS. Enrolled Agents must pass a suitability check as well as a three-part Special Enrollment Examination (SEE), a comprehensive exam that covers individual tax, business tax and client representation issues. EA's must also complete 72 hours of continuing education (CPE) every three years. Michael is a member of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
