Seven faculty members started the University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union in 1937. In 2006, students were invited to join, as were Alumni in 2017. The founders believed in helping members save, borrow and live better. We continue to focus on these principles. Members own the credit union and each member has one vote and equal ownership. We dont have shareholders controlling the credit union which allows us to concentrate on our most important asset, YOU. Our promise is to treat you with respect, to be accurate and secure with your information, and make it easy for you to bank with us. We offer mobile banking, mobile deposit, Internet banking, checking and savings accounts, credit cards, consumer loans, mortgage loans, business loans, online bill pay and many other services. Individuals eligible for membership include faculty, staff, volunteers, alumni and students on any University of Nebraska campus; and their families.
