Dr. Belen Clark is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and practicing in Oceanside California where she opened Optimas Family Medicine in 2010. Dr. Clark received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of the Philippines and completed her residency at State University of New York at Buffalo where she served as Chief Resident. She has worked in various areas of medicine as far back as 1996 ranging from primary care to ER/urgent care to general and cosmetic dermatology.
