We are one of the oldest but greatest locations, we even have an awesome and convenient self-serve dog wash. Our mission here is to provide the best customer service experience EVER and we strive to make your visit as hassle free as possible and we have a fantastic team ready to help with all your needs. Our store team leader, Juan Villamizar leads our team exceptionally well. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, if you are ever needing help picking the perfect food for your dog or need help with curbing a certain behavior hes the guy to talk to. He has 18+ years of experience in the pet industry, is a Certified Pet Nutrition Advisor, and very passionate about animals of all kinds. He currently has 2 dogs, Hunter who is a Yellow Lab and Stewie who is a Heinz 57, they both are 15 years young thanks to Redford! He also enjoys feeding the wild birds and even shares his pool with a family of ducks whom he looks after and feeds daily. Jessica, our assistant store team leader is all about our neighbors. She loves to interact and help each and every neighbor get all the products they need, and even help find other products they didnt even realize they needed. She has a beautiful mixed pup named Mystique, and 3 snuggly cats named Hermione, Ginny and Little Kitty. She also has many years experience fish keeping. She has a passion for people and animals and it definitely shows. Come on in and experience her amazing energy and bring in your fur-babes too so she can love all over them.
