Headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Abodu provides prefabricated accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to homes in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Seattle. We offer three models: Abodu Studio (340 square feet), Abodu One (500 square feet), and Abodu Two (610 square feet). Each Abodu is constructed off-site and installed in the homeowner's backyard with electricity and water connections from the main home. All models include at least one bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen and are pre-designed with custom elements to choose from. From the sales process to final installation, the project takes a total of 12 to 16 weeks, with our team handling everything from permitting, installation, and warranty.
