Real food is nourishment. It's fuel. It's necessary for brain and body function. It has the power to prevent and heal disease. (It has the power to heal us.) Food is medicine.  
 
In the West, and specifically America, too many have fallen into the trap of fast and easy. We are reactive with our health. We eat on the run, we pick up food or have it delivered more often than we cook real food, we pop a pill to treat the effects of our lifestyle.  Instead, we should be planning ahead, cooking at home and setting priority to the fuel that feeds, nourishes and sustains the only body we have; tending to the roots of our health. What we must learn from the pandemic is that a healthy immune system is a necessity. We also need to address our responsibility to take care of ourselves with food and how powerful that can be. It is time to end the diet mindset where we eat certain foods for a short amount of time to achieve a fleeting effect. Now, we need to use food as a prevention of disease. Yup, it's that serious.
 
It's not only what we eat, but how much, when, and why. These are the tenets of my coaching practice- it's part instructional, and also part coaching (and part amazing recipes) to find the food that you love so you don't fear going hungry (because you won't), and begin to feel the benefits of being healthier in your mind, body, and energy systems.

It's my goal to get you healthier (and more comfortable!) through the power of whole foods and the secrets to navigating them to support your health and wellbeing. Food is not only necessary, it's also the medicine to navigate and experience relief by becoming lighter, healthier, and optimizing our health.
