OUR NAME & LOGO: THE BACK STORY
In Italian, FORZA means "strength or power; or a person who has great power, courage and endurance." And we think that's very fitting for an athletic club that's dedicated to helping you find your strength.

Our logo stands for strength, too. It's a graphic representation of the body's complex system of muscles, large and small, all working together to provide support, balance and power. The use of the three large triangles surrounding a smaller one at the core represents the four components of a healthy existence: dedication at the center, surrounded by strength, diet and lifestyle. Together these four triangles create a single larger one, the strongest of all shapes.
