Have a virus?
You are not the only one. Many people have gotten viruses on their computers even with anti-virus software. The truth is that there is no anti-viral software that can protect you 100%. There is really only one way to ensure you never get a virus, that is to never get on the internet and never use any discs in your computer. That doesn't sound like much fun does it? We have years of experience removing viruses and other forms of malware from computers. Some viruses or other forms of malware are more harmful than others. We split up hardware into two categories, Internal and Peripheral. Internal hardware is hardware that is inside your tower or laptop(computer case). Peripheral hardware is hardware that connects to you computer via some sort of cable, or via a wireless connection. We troubleshoot and diagnose ALL hardware issues. APCNet Solutions is unique in the fact that we will not charge you more to fix a computer than the computer is worth. If it's going to cost more than what a new one would cost, why fix the old one?
Software Issues?
Software issues are very common. The source of the problem ranges from corrupt installations to misconfiguration. As we are not experts on ALL software we usually won't troubleshoot software problems over the phone, but we can assist you remotely or on site.
Network? What For?
Do you have a wireless enabled laptop? Do you have more than one computer in your home or business? Do you play online games with a game console (xbox,Wii, Playstation)? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you could benefit by have a "network" installed. A network allows you to interconnect multiple devices to 1 or more resources. The most common of those resources is your Internet connection. It used to be that only offices had more than one computer that would need to somehow be able to communicate with a server either on or off site. But since the boom of the PC and Internet many people now have multiple computers and high speed Internet access in their homes! Isn't that great!?
