Stermer TV was started in 1991. It is a sole proprietor business with just one employee: me. When you call Stermer TV, you will work directly with me.

Normally, I am in the office until approximately 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday. I schedule my first service call for 12:00, and offer a second appointment time around 3:00 to 4:00 PM.

I provide only in-home service on CRT-based televisions made by Mitsubishi, Hitachi and Sony, and I do not maintain a carry-in storefront area. I do not repair sets based on LCD, DLP or plasma. When I repair your television, I will not remove the cabinet from your home. Most often, repairs can be done in your home without having to remove anything. In the event that a circuit must be repaired back at my office, or sent out for rebuild, I will remove only the minimum necessary to complete the job. You will not have to worry about scratches and dings on your expensive equipment.
