The Company was started in April 1988, by Sam Bonacci after training from Bay State School of Technology, & an apprenticeship at Appliance Service Center of West Roxbury.. The Company grew slowly at first, but soon word spread of his fair pricing & quality work. Referrals started coming in at a rapid pace. It wasn't long before the business was too big for one person but too small for employees. After nine years of many days working 12 to 16 hours a day Sam decided it was time to grow.

In October of 1998 Sam took in a partner to share the work load. The Company is now jointly owned by Sam Bonacci & James J. Habib. Jim has over 20 years experience in the appliance service field. Jim is very well versed in, over the phone diagnosis, estimates, parts, & most importantly customer satifaction.. He spent the last 15 years as Service Manager at Appliance Service Center.

When Jim left Appliance Service Center he brought with him his favorite tech, Charles Ledoux. Charlie has 4 years experience on appliances, is very competent & courteous. (just a couple of adjectives from our customers & us :)
