CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Each customer is very important and valuable to us. We strive to satisfy, control costs and provide you with a restoration that you and we will be proud of. Future work and future customers come from satisfied customers.

SHOW QUALITY:
Only the finest quality materials are used. A restoration must stand-up to time and close scrutiny by owners and admirers. The paint system we use is excellent and very expensive. All other refinishing (chrome, plastic, fabric, etc) is the best available.

PHOTOGRAPHIC HISTORY:
A detailed history of the restoration is photographed as the events occur. Many of these photographs are sent to you along with regular progress reports . A complete bound photographic history is available at an additional cost.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Each invoice includes a description of our progress, status, resolutions of issues and identification of any new issues. As appropriate, pictures will be sent to keep you informed so that you are as close and involved with the restoration effort as possible.

RESEARCH:
We specialize in restorations only. Our knowledge is extensive and grows with each new restoration undertaken. We have our own library of information. New material is purchased as needed. We have access to national clubs and experts to help with those special needs. We always ask and search for the right answer before going forward.

PARTS:
Our network of suppliers for rare NOS and used parts is national and very extensive. A great deal of time is spent on the telephone locating the right part at the best price possible. These parts are then properly installed to factory specifications.
