We are a 24/7 Fitness Center with Free Weights, Cardio, and Cybex equipment for each individual muscle group.
We now have 2 Personal Trainers in our facility that can take care of your every need. Stacy Stack and Cyndi Kearns. Make sure to ask for your free consult with either Stacy. We also now have classes such as Pilates, Kick boxing, Kick abs, and Boot camp which guarantees losing 10 lbs. per month. This is seperate from the gym and is available to members and nonmembers. Cyndi, the instructor, has had incredible success so far. Come in and check the class schedule on business hours. We have a display in the gym as you walk through the door.
