The Vienna Animal Hospital, conveniently located in the Village Green Shopping Center at the junction of Maple Ave and Nutley, has been providing the highest quality companion animal health care for over 50 years. From the very beginning we have strived to offer the very best and up-to-date care possible to our patients, while trying never to forget the art of medicine as well as the science. To this end we have been a certified member of the prestigious American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1959. This is a voluntary organization which sets high standards for membership, and which conducts stringent triennial inspections to insure that its standards are maintained and continually upgraded. Fewer than 17% of Veterinary Hospitals nationwide are certified as AAHA hospitals.
In addition to our AAHA membership, the Vienna Animal Hospital has been honored by being named a Merit Award Hospital by Veterinary Economics. Only eleven Animal Hospitals nationwide earn this recognition each year.
The Vienna Animal Hospital is a full service facility offering dentistry, surgery, nutritional and behavioral counseling, microchipping, x rays and ultrasound. During the evenings, and on weekend hour and holidays when we are not open, emergencies involving our patients are care for by the Hope Center for Advance Veterinary Medicine on 140 Park Street SE, in Vienna.
.The professional staff of this hospital actively participates in veterinary continuing education so that your pet can benefit from the most recent advances in veterinary knowledge and care. All of our full time professional staff attend both monthly local, and yearly national continuing education meetings.
